研究领域

从事跟复杂系统相关,生物、化学、数学交叉领域的研究工作,研究方向包括生物系统数学建模、非平衡态系统、群体行为、网络动力学、神经网络、动力学系统(dynamical systems)、随机模拟(stochastic simulation)等。目前主要围绕两个主题: 1. 如何刻画和度量生命(包括化学分子、基因序列)的复杂性,以及这种复杂性是如何从简单中涌现、演化出来的? 2. 将这种描述复杂性的理论应用于研究基因序列模块化、神经网络的进化,以及设计新药等。
