研究领域

1、稀土离子/过渡金属离子激活发光材料的设计（包括长余辉发光材料、LED用发光材料等） 2、稀土离子/过渡金属离子激活发光材料的杂质能级及其发光性能的理论研究 3、半导体、宽禁带无极化合物能带结构的调制和发光性能设计（包括无机固体发光材料、半导体器件-太阳能电池、光催化材料等）
