个人简介

2009年内蒙古大学生命科学学院本科毕业后,保送进入中国科学院动物研究所(干细胞与生殖生物学国家重点实验室)硕博连读,导师为我国著名生殖生物学家刘以训院士,博士毕业后留所先后任助理研究员和副研究员。2019年入职北京师范大学生命科学学院,任副教授、博士生导师、课题组长,研究方向为精子生物学和男性不育遗传学。学术成果以通讯作者(含共同)在Human Reproduction Update, Science Advances, eBioMedicine, Cell Reports和Development等国际一流学术期刊上。入选中国科协青年人才托举工程”,获得国家重点研发计划和国家自然科学基金等资助。受聘为全国研究生教育评估监测专家库专家,国家自然科学基金函审专家,北京市科学技术委员会、中关村科技园区管理委员会科技项目评审专家库专家。目前担任SCI期刊BMC Molecular and Cell Biology编委(Associate editor)。承担本科生《生殖的奥秘—生殖生物学与医学》、《带你了解遗传病—医学遗传学》和研究生《生殖生物学与医学》等课程,荣获北京师范大学优秀新生导师称号。

研究领域

生殖遗传学。 利用临床男性不育患者(如无精症、弱精症和畸形精子症等)样本开展全外显子测序,发掘致病基因变异;应用透射电镜等高分辨率成像技术研究精子结构缺陷;并构建致病突变的基因敲除 /点突变小鼠深入揭示发病机理。生殖遗传研究面向人民生命健康,将有望为男性不育患者的基因诊断、辅助生殖治疗和遗传咨询提供重要理论依据。
