个人简介

中共党员，1993年获北京师范大学生物系理学学士学位，同年留校任教，2001年在北京师范大学生命科学学院获理学博士学位，方向为鸟类学。2005年3月-2006年3月在德国Mainz大学生物系Jochen Martens教授实验室从事鸟类鸣声研究。2002年任副教授，2010年任教授。主要从事动物学教学和鸟类学研究。主讲的动物学课程被列为国家精品资源共享课（2013，主持人）。曾获北京市优秀教师（2013）、国家级优秀教学成果二等奖（第2完成人，2014）、北京高校教学名师（2016）、首都劳动奖章（2018）、国家自然科学二等奖（2000，第3完成人）等荣誉称号和奖励。兼任中国动物学会鸟类学分会秘书长、IUCN-SSC雉类专家组成员，以及《Avian Research》、《生物学通报》期刊编委。曾参加中国第33、34次南极科学考察获奖 2000年，国家自然科学二等奖（第3完成人） 2004年，北京高校青年师德标兵 2004，2012年，北京师范大学本科生最喜爱的十佳教师 2013年，北京市优秀教师，北京市优秀教学成果一等奖（第2完成人） 2014年，国家级教学成果二等奖（第2完成人） 2015年，北京师范大学优秀博士论文指导教师，博士：夏灿伟 2016年，北京市高等学校教学名师，明德优秀教师奖

研究领域

主要从事濒危雉类和鸟类鸣声研究。在濒危雉类研究方面，对濒危雉类野外生态学、人工繁育、再引入、行为、保护遗传等方面开展了深入、系统的研究工作。在鸟类鸣声方面，在物种分化、利用鸣声识别个体和监测种群、地理变异、鸣唱行为和功能等方面开展了系列工作，带动了国内相关工作的开展。
