个人简介

1984年湖南农业大学获学士学位, 1992年中国农业大学获硕士学位, 1998年中国科学院动物研究所获博士学位。2009—2010在美国普渡大学昆虫系进修学习。1992—2000在中国科学院动物研究所工作,2001— 至今 在北京师范大学生命科学学院工作。

研究领域

长期从事昆虫学的教学与研究工作。近十年来,主要开展入侵生物学研究。以我国重要外来入侵物种松材线虫、美国白蛾和红脂大小蠹为研究对象,研究入侵种群的遗传多样性和遗传分化,探讨外来种入侵过程中,入侵种群的遗传变异、入侵来源、入侵途径和定殖模式;研究与适应性相关基因的结构、功能和进化关系,探讨入侵种群的生态适应性机制;从种间关系着手,研究入侵种与本地种之间的种间竞争、生态替代、种间杂交和基因渗入等,探讨外来种入侵对本地种产生的影响和生态学后果;通过比较基因组研究和实验验证,探讨松材线虫种群形成机制、以及共生微生物对松材线虫寄生适应性的影响。
