2002年9月至2006年7月于中国农业大学生物学院获理学学士学位 2006年9月至2011年5月于中国农业大学生物学院获博士学位,专业:植物学,导师:袁明教授 2011年5月至2015年12月于美国普渡大学生物学院Chris Staiger教授实验室从事博士后研究工作 2016年6月至2017年6月就职于北京师范大学生命科学学院,任副教授 2017年6月至今就职于北京师范大学生命科学学院,任教授

研究领域

课题组主要致力于植物发育与免疫应答的细胞信号网络研究。植物通过活跃的细胞骨架重排保障植物完成发育进程或者适应环境变化。特别是在植物与微生物相互作用过程中,细胞骨架-质膜-细胞壁连续体作为生物互作的第一道屏障(或免疫防线),在宿主与菌相互作用界面形成过程中发挥至关重要作用,同时也是微生物(病原菌或共生菌)分泌的效应蛋白或毒力因子的重要靶标。本课题组通过遗传学,分子生物学,细胞生物学以及生物化学等手段,阐述微丝骨架在植物先天免疫过程中的作用及其分子机制。主要内容包括研究植物先天免疫过程中微丝骨架的动态变化规律;研究调控微丝骨架动态的上游免疫信号网络及靶蛋白;阐明先天免疫过程中微丝骨架动态变化的生理学意义。
