个人简介
为北京师范大学生命科学学院教授。2003年在白求恩医科大学(现吉林大学医学部)获医学博士学位。2004-2006年为中国科学院动物研究所免疫学博士后。2007-2010年在美国圣裘德儿童研究医院免疫学系博士后。2006-2012年任中国科学院动物研究所副研究员。2012-2015年任复旦大学基础医学院免疫学系教授。2015年加入北京师范大学生命科学学院建立免疫调节研究组。
主要从事癌症和感染性疾病的免疫学致病机理、免疫细胞治疗策略等免疫学领域研究。目前承担国家自然基金委重点项目等科研课题,已在Immunity、Nature Immunology、Nature Communications、eLife、PNAS、Blood、Cellular & Molecular Immunology和Cancer Research等国际权威刊物发表SCI文章90余篇。
研究领域
主要研究免疫细胞发育分化及功能调控,探讨其在癌症和感染性疾病的免疫学致病机理及免疫细胞治疗策略等免疫学领域研究。
具体包括:
(1)研究中性粒细胞、树突状细胞和巨噬细胞等天然免疫细胞发育分化和功能调节在癌症和感染性疾病中的调控规律、分子机制及免疫治疗策略。
(2)研究T细胞发育分化和功能调节在癌症和感染性疾病中的调控规律、分子机制和免疫治疗策略及临床可行方案。
(3)研究基础免疫学研究成果临床转化的可行性途径和方案。
