生物多样性维持机制：探索随机性与生态位分化在群落结构组建中的作用植物繁殖生态学：大小依赖的资源分配，交配系统和生活史进化分子生态学：利用分子标记等技术研究种群的进化历史以及竞争共存理论生态学：数学建模分析各种生态学过程的逻辑后果，作物生长冗余理论生物入侵：外来生物在入侵地的快速进化，植物与草食动物的协同进化
