主要研究方向包括:(1) 基于多模态影像技术的个体化脑结构与功能指标的提取方法,以及与多组学数据的融合分析方法及建模研究;(2)采用影像基因组学等方法研究重大精神疾病的客观生物学标记及精准诊疗模型;(3)基于多层次信息研究正常脑发育轨迹模型及与发育相关脑疾病之间的关系
