研究领域
平流层对流层相互作用，中高层大气天气、环境预测和预报。平流层环流变化对对流层天气预报和气候变化预测有重要的启示意义，平流层变化也是影响全球气候变化非常重要的部分。近些年来，平流层已经开始成为各国国防高空军事的重点关注领域，属于国家“十四五”规划和国家自然科学基金委倡导的重点研究方向之一“深空”
目前共发表论文95篇（SCI 81篇），其中以第一/通讯作者发表论文41篇（SCI 35篇），发表杂志包括npj Clim. and Atmos. Sci.、Atmos. Chem. Phy.、J. Clim.、Environ. Res. Lett.、Clim. Dyn.、J. Geophys. Res.、Adv. Atmos. Sci.等。近些年，致力于成果转换与应用，开发了一套中高层大气同化系统和一套预报系统，并被中国航天集团和国防科大采购用于国防活动的气象服务保障
