个人简介

2001年6月毕业于清华大学材料系,获博士学位。2001年9月-2006年12月在德国达姆斯塔特工业大学从事博士后研究,2008年3-4月和2009年2-5月于香港城市大学物理及材料科学系作高级研究访问。2010年4-7月于香港理工大学应用物理系做高级研究访问。

研究领域

1. 新型铁电压电陶瓷及其器件应用(基础研究和应用研发) 2. 高性能微波介质陶瓷及其低温共烧技术(LTCC)(基础研究和应用研发) 3. 先进功能复合陶瓷及其制备技术(基础研究和应用研发) 4. 电功能材料薄厚膜制备和器件应用(基础研究) 5. 纳米铁电体的软化学制备和烧结(基础研究) 重点研究介电、铁电、压电、热释电等信息功能陶瓷块体和薄厚膜材料的制备工艺、烧结技术、各种电学性能表征及其在智能传感、驱动、换能及大功率能量存储器件应用方面的基础研究和应用开发,特别是探索这一研究领域里具有新型结构和性能的材料体系,研究其在高频通信领域以及在智能结构和器件方面的应用潜力。
