个人简介

北京师范大学京师特聘教授,经济与工商管理学院教授,博士生导师,数字经济与管理系主任。国家优秀青年科学基金获得者、国家社科基金重大项目首席专家、爱思唯尔工商管理学科中国高被引学者。 研究兴趣主要是数字经济情境的战略管理、创业管理、创新管理、公司治理,聚焦在动态能力、数字平台战略、数字平台生态治理、数字化转型等研究领域,主持国家自然科学基金和教育部人文社科基金等多项国家级和省部级研究项目。 荣获教育部霍英东高等院校青年教师奖(创业和中小企业管理方向)、教育部高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖(人文社会科学)二等奖和三等奖、宝钢优秀教师奖、蒋一苇企业改革与发展学术基金优秀专著奖、全国商业科技进步奖一等奖、北京高校第十一届青年教师教学基本功比赛三等奖、北京高校青年教师社会调研优秀项目奖、第六届中国国际“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛(北京赛区)优秀指导教师等奖项和荣誉。
