研究领域

计算生物物理学 RNA折叠行为与三维结构 RNA-蛋白相互作用 计算生物学,包括开发计算机算法与模型来研究RNA三维结构与功能、RNA-蛋白质相互作用研究。近年来,独立发展了一系列原创性算法模型来研究RNA的折叠行为、三维结构与生物功能,为理解RNA所承担的各种重要生物功能及其分子作用机制提供了强有力帮助,对新型RNA药物分子开发研究具有重要理论指导作用。
