个人简介

湖南大学材料科学与工程学院教授,博士,博导。领导湖南大学电子封装材料与薄膜技术研究所学术团队。拥有实验室400余平方米,实验仪器设备100余台套,主要包括离子束磁控溅射复合镀膜设备、磁控溅射镀膜工程化设备、电子束蒸发镀膜设备、HFCVD、PECVD、热压炉、XRD、热导仪、电化学工作站、电池测试系统等。团队长期从事新型电子封装材料、难混溶合金与膜基体系、电池材料、功能复合材料、功能薄膜材料、材料表面改性等方面研究。 教育背景 1981年9月-1985年7月在北京钢铁学院(现北京科技大学)金属材料专业学习,学士; 2004年9月—2012年5月在中南大学材料物理与化学专业学习,博士。 工作履历 1985年8月—1996年2月在湖南省冶金材料研究所任研究实习员、助理研究员; 1996年3月—2000年12月在湖南大学材料测试研究中心任助理研究员、高级工程师; 2001年1月—2005年5月在湖南大学材料科学与工程学院任副教授; 2005年5月至今在湖南大学材料科学与工程学院任教授; 2006年5月至今任湖南大学电子封装材料与薄膜技术研究所所长; 2010年9月—2020年3月任湖南大学材料学院副院长; 2014年至今任湖南省先进涂层工程技术研究中心副主任。

研究领域

1、电子封装材料 主要研究开发金属化陶瓷基板、碳/金属复合材料、叠层复合材料、热沉材料、热界面材料、键合片、互连材料等。 2、能源与电子材料 主要研究锂离子电池正极材料、热电池正极材料,场发射电极材料等。 3、功能薄膜与涂层 主要研究具有声、光、电、热、耐磨减摩等功能的金属、合金、陶瓷、碳薄膜,如Cu、Ni、Al、Ag、Au等金属单质或多层膜,Cu-W等合金薄膜,AlN等压电薄膜,微晶Si等光电薄膜,MgF2、SiO2、TiO2等光学薄膜,金刚石、类金刚石等超硬膜,Cu-Ta、陶瓷等耐磨减摩涂层等。
