个人简介
梅 俊,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。上海交通大学生物医学工程(生物技术)专业博士、园艺学博士后,2017年6月入职上海海洋大学食品科学与工程系,谢晶教授课题组主要成员,食品工程教研室主任,食品科学与工程高原学科骨干,上海市教委“食品冷链及品质控制”高水平团队科研骨干,上海食品学会青年委员会委员,《食品工业科技》《包装工程》《食品研究与开发》《保鲜与加工》等期刊青年编委,Frontiers in Nutrition、Coatings等客座编辑。近五年,主持国家重点研发计划“生鲜农产品芳香和色泽品质劣变机制与调控”“水产品陆海联动保鲜保活与冷链物流技术”等项目子课题、国家自然基金青年项目、上海市科委“地方院校能力建设计划”等。以第一或通讯作者发表论文70余篇(SCI论文60余篇),其中JCR1区30余篇,ESI高被引文章2篇,h-index=20。其参与的“海产品海陆一体化冷链装备及其节能关键技术的研发”作为第四完成人分别获得浦东新区科技进步三等奖和上海海洋大学科学技术成果奖一等奖。
