个人简介

李立,教授,博士生导师。2008年6月获上海大学博士学位。2009.9-2012.3在复旦大学从事博士后研究工作。2014.11-2015.11在华盛顿州立大学生物系统工程系进行访学。在Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry,Food Chemistry和《食品科学》等国内外核心以上学术期刊以一作或通讯发表论文60余篇(其中SCI论文40余篇,ESI论文2篇),已获得发明专利12项并技术转让6项(2项为上海市首次国际技术拍卖会一号作品)。 承担及参与国家、省部级及应用课题二十余项。 代表作: 1.
