个人简介

研究领域

(1) 纤毛虫原生动物的分类学 据估计纤毛虫为代表的原生动物当前被清楚描记的仅占现存种类30%,大量种类处于待发现、待补足的状况。综合运用传统形态观察、银染技术、电子显微技术和分子生物学和生物信息学手段,重点对长江口地区各类纤毛虫等原生动物的分类学和系统学进行研究,廓清各种类等内涵和外延,清理分类学错误,阐释关键类群的进化关系,建立相关的条形码基因库。 (2) 微型生物生态学 微型生物(细菌、真菌、原生生物)是生态系统的基石,在食物网物质循环和能量流动中具有重要作用,它们同时是环境优良指示生物。运用QPS和环境DNA等技术研究河口和养殖环境物种多样性分布格局、群落构建机制和微食环内部互作机制等科学问题;并利用原生动物开展水环境监测。
