个人简介

段东柱,男,汉族,1984年10月生,甘肃通渭县人,博士,讲师,硕士研究生导师。2008年毕业于陇东学院生物科学专业,获理学学士学位;2011年毕业于兰州理工大学微生物与生化药学专业,获理学硕士学位;2014年毕业于兰州大学有机化学专业,获理学博士学位;2014年8月至2015年7月,任职于贵州医科大学基础医学院;2018年至2019年,作为访问学者在中国科学院昆明动物所进行肿瘤生物学研究;已在包括J. Biol. Chem., Free Radic. Biol. Med., Bioorg. Chem., J. Am. Chem. Soc., Med. Res. Rev., Cancer Lett., J. Med. Chem.等化学与生物医学国际主流SCI期刊发表学术论文40余篇,被引用1500余次,H指数为20;2015年7月进入宝鸡文理学院化学化工学院工作至今。 开设课程 承担了《天然药物化学》、《有机化学实验》、《物理化学实验》、《科技论文写作与文献检索》和《化学专业英语》等课程的教学。 主持科研项目 1) 国家自然科学基金面上项目,五味子三萜逆转HECTD3泛素化修饰p62诱导自噬促进三阴性乳腺癌细胞耐药的研究,经费57万,2021年1月-2024年12月,项目编号82073316。(项目负责人) 2) 陕西省科技厅项目,以TrxR和Hsp90为双靶点的抗肿瘤成分发现及作用机理,经费3万,2018年1月-2019年12月,项目编号2018JQ2051。(项目负责人) 3) 陕西省教育厅重点项目,基于两种秦岭特色药用植物的硫氧还蛋白还原酶抑制剂的发现及抗肿瘤机制研究,经费5万,2016年1月-2017年12月,项目编号16JS009。(项目负责人)
