个人简介
祖蕾，女，1981年7月生，博士，讲师。2003年毕业于陕西科技大学食品科学与工程专业，获工学学士学位;2008年毕业于浙江工业大学微生物与生化药学专业，获药学硕士学位;2012年毕业于中国科学院广州地球化学研究所环境污染控制专业，获理学博士学位;2003年7月进入宝鸡文理学院化学化工学院工作至今。
开设课程
承担了《分析化学》实验课程和《仪器分析》等本科生课程的教学;为有机专业研究生开设了《微生物药学》一门课程。
主持科研项目（近期代表性5项）
1)陕西省教育厅重点实验室项目，太白草药钮子七的化学成分及药理作用研究，2013.01-2021.11
2)陕西省科技厅自然科学基础项目，黄曲霉毒素B1生物降解的脱毒机理研究，2018.01—2019.12

主要从事微生物菌种筛选育种，微生物转化与降解方面的研究
