郑三多博士 研究员 教育经历 Education 2013年 北京生命科学研究所与北京师范大学联合培养结构生物学博士 Ph.D. in Structural Biology, National Institute of Biological Science (NIBS), Beijing & Beijing Normal University, Beijing, China. 2008年 兰州大学生物学基地班学士 B.S., Biological Science, Lanzhou University, Lanzhou, China 工作经历 Professional Experience 2019-Present北京生命科学研究所研究员 Assistant Investigator, National Institute of Biological Sciences, Beijing, China 2015-2019年哈佛医学院博士后 Postdoctoral Research Fellow, Harvard Medical School, Boston, USA 2013-2015年北京生命科学研究所博士后 Postdoctoral Research Fellow, National Institute of Biological Science (NIBS), Beijing, China 研究概述 Research Description 膜蛋白在人体生理活动中扮演着非常重要的角色,是大部分临床药物的作用靶点。膜受体如G蛋白偶联受体可以将细胞外信号传递到细胞内,而膜转运蛋白可以介导离子或者分子的跨膜运输。我们实验室希望通过生物化学方法以及X射线晶体学、电子显微镜和核磁共振等结构手段研究膜受体信号转导的分子机制以及膜转运蛋白跨膜运输的分子机制。我们的长远目标是研发靶向膜蛋白的新型治疗药物。
