Research Description
我们实验室/生物制品中心以重要感染性疾病,恶性肿瘤及自身免疫疾病为研究对象,将基础生物学研究与医学应用相结合,开展以治疗性抗体为主的相关研究。主要包括:1)发现和确认新型治疗性靶分子; 2)开发治疗性人源抗体; 3)发展新型抗体工程技术; 4)以抗体为主的生物大分子制备和抗体新药临床前研究及评估等。
