个人简介

吴国灿,男,汉族,1981年12月生,教授、博士生导师,中共党员。2003年在山东师范大学本科毕业,2003年8月-2006年8月在山东农业大学大学任教,2011年6月在北京师范大学大学获得理学博士学位,进入全球院工作。曾获北京师范大学第十四届青年教师教学基本功比赛三等奖、首届彭年杰出青年教师奖、优秀辅导员、十佳辅导员等荣誉。主要从事陆面过程,特别是陆表要素变化特征分析和陆面资料同化相关研究。量化了过去几十年近地面气温的季节变化规律,诊断分析了地基观测和大气再分析降水分布的不均匀性,提出了陆面资料同化中估计预报误差方差矩阵的新方法,改进了集合卡尔曼滤波算法在减小土壤湿度分析误差和水分残差方面的估计。目前已经发表文章30余篇,其中第一或通讯作者发表SCI论文近20篇。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金、面上项目、教育部高等学校博士学科点专项科研基金等项目,参与国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金重大计划、国家自然科学基金重点项目等研究任务。 重要奖项 2022年3月,《水利水电技术(中英文)》2021年度优秀审稿专家 2021年9月,北京师范大学高等教育教学成果二等奖(第三完成人) 2021年4月,北京师范大学课程思政建设优质课程 (第二完成人) 2020年12月,北京师范大学2019-2020学年优秀辅导员、十佳辅导员 2020年6月,北京师范大学首届彭年杰出青年教师奖 2018年12月,北京师范大学2017-2018学年优秀辅导员 2015年1月,北京师范大学2013-2014学年优质研究生课程 2014年11月,北京师范大学第十四届青年教师教学基本功比赛三等奖 2012年12月,北京师范大学2011-2012学年优秀研究生教学奖
