个人简介

张欢，清华大学工学士、管理学博士，北京师范大学社会发展与公共政策学院教授、博士生导师。主要研究领域包括社会治理、应急管理、社会政策和社会工作等。张欢出版专著多部，在Public Management Review、Nonprofit Management & Leadership、Social Work、The British Journal of Social Work、International Journal of Social Welfare、《管理世界》、《中国行政管理》等国内外学术期刊发表论文近百篇。主持国家社科基金一般项目、北京社会科学基金项目、国家社会科学基金重大项目子课题等研究项目多项。教育经历 2000-2005 清华大学公共管理学院管理学博士学位 1995-2000 清华大学土木工程系，工学士学位工作经历 2005.03- 北京师范大学社会发展与公共政策学院 2009.1-2010.1 美国哈佛大学肯尼迪政府学院ASH研究所亚洲项目研究员（Asia Programs Fellow）获奖情况 2019年，论文“区域不平衡发展与社会工作专业硕士提升策略研究：基于全部MSW项目学生调查的GIS分析”（排名2）获中国社会工作教育协会2019年会暨新时代我国社会工作高质量发展研讨会一等奖 2013年，论文“社会管理创新路径研究”（排名1）获中国行政管理学会第五届行政管理科学优秀成果奖，优秀成果 2011年，研究报告“关于汶川地震灾后恢复重建体制及若干问题的研究报告”（排名2）获北京市第十一届哲学社会科学优秀成果奖二等奖
