个人简介

1995年毕业于兰州大学原子核物理专业,获学士学位; 1998年毕业于中国科学院兰州近代物理研究所核技术应用专业,获硕士学位。2004年,毕业于北京师范大学核科学与技术学院凝聚态物理专业,获博士学位。1998年到北京师范大学核科学与技术学院新器件研究室至今,主要研究领域为:新颖半导体器件物理及技术、半导体核探测器与核电子学。
