个人简介

北京师范大学核科学与技术学院材料科学与凝聚态物理学教授,博导。1984年本科毕业于清华大学工程物理系核材料物理与固体物理专业,获理学学士学位;1986年研究生毕业于清华大学工程物理系核材料专业,获工学硕士学位。主要研究领域:功能薄膜材料、一维纳米结构的合成与光电性能、基于纳米结构的纳米器件(纳米探测器与传感器)、新型半导体材料、材料表面改性、材料辐照效应。多年来承担和完成国家自然科学基金项目、国家高技术项目(863)和国家重大基础研究计划(973)课题等十数项;在《Adv. Materials》、《ACS Nano》、《Carbon》、《Nanotechnology》、《Nanoscale 》等一些国内外重要和有影响的学术刊物及国际学术会议上发表学术论文百余篇,其中SCI收录的论文八十余篇。
