个人简介

陈思,2017年毕业于海军军医大学(原第二军医大学)药学系,师从柴逸峰教授,获得药物分析博士学位。2016年于匹兹堡大学计算化学基因组学药物筛选中心留学一年,系统学习了信息学技术用于药物筛选的方法。近年来研究方向聚焦于中药药效物质组的筛选及其机制研究,着力于应用信息学技术解决中药面临的成分多、机制复杂的难题,探讨中药现代化新思路。目前以第一作者或共同第一或共同通讯发表SCI论文8篇,总影响因子28分,文章发表于Journal of Chemical Information and Modeling、Journal of Chromatography A、Frontiers in pharmacology等计算机跨学科应用、药物分析和药理研究领域领先杂志,申请国家发明专利2项。

研究领域

中药药效物质组的筛选及其机制研究,着力于应用信息学技术解决中药面临的成分多、机制复杂的难题,探讨中药现代化新思路。具体包括联合化学信息学和生物信息学对四逆汤、扶正化瘀方及大黄的活性成分群和靶标蛋白群进行了筛选,并采用分子生物学技术成功验证了其中化合物的活性及其与靶标蛋白间的关系。
