个人简介
冉俊辉,男,籍贯重庆,2022年博士毕业于湖南大学,现为湖南大学材料科学与工程学院信息功能材料系助理教授,硕士生导师(杨斌教授团队)。研究方向为光电材料与器件,包括太阳能电池和光电探测器等。参与了国家自然科学基金和湖南省重点研发等项目,在光电器件领域取得了一系列成果,在Advanced Energy Materials、Solar RRL、ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces和ACS Applied Energy Materials等期刊发表多篇学术论文。
