个人简介

冉俊辉，男，籍贯重庆，2022年博士毕业于湖南大学，现为湖南大学材料科学与工程学院信息功能材料系助理教授，硕士生导师（杨斌教授团队）。研究方向为光电材料与器件，包括太阳能电池和光电探测器等。参与了国家自然科学基金和湖南省重点研发等项目，在光电器件领域取得了一系列成果，在Advanced Energy Materials、Solar RRL、ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces和ACS Applied Energy Materials等期刊发表多篇学术论文。工作履历 2022年11月-至今，湖南大学，材料科学与工程学院，助理教授，杨斌教授课题组成员。
