个人简介

2013年于吉林大学电子科学与工程学院取得学士学位后,保送至北京大学前沿交叉学科研究院、物理学院攻读理学博士学位。2017年和2019年分别在英国伯明翰大学超材料中心、瑞典林雪平大学物理系做访问学者。2018年6月取得北京大学凝聚态物理理学博士学位,2018年7月加入湖南大学材料科学与工程学院工作。2021年借调科技部高技术研究发展中心工作,全国重点实验室项目管理研究员。 主要研究领域为二维材料、纳米光子学、新型光电子器件。发展了普适性的二维材料异质结可控制备技术,利用稳态、瞬态光谱探测技术和微纳加工方法,表征二维异质结材料的物理、化学性质,研究材料内部的载流子转移、激子动力学、谷极化荧光、表面等离激元共振等现象。近年来,作为第一作者及共同第一作者发表SCI论文40余篇,包括Adv. Mater., Adv. Sci. ACS Nano, Research, Adv. Opt. Mater., Small等。相关工作被ACS Nano: 'In Nano'特刊、Wiley Materials Views China、Design for Science等国内外科学网等新闻媒体多次报导。申请中国发明专利20项,授权6项。 Ziwei Li (Jervis Lee) Associate Professor of Physics and Material Sciences, Hunan University, 2018-now; Visiting Scholar in School of Physics, Linkoping University (Sweden), 2019.1-2019.7; Ph. D in Academy for Advanced Interdisceplinary Studies, Department of Physics, Peking University, 2009-2013; Visiting Scholar in School of Physics and Astronomy, Birmingham University (UK), 2017.2-2017.8; BS in School of Electronic Science and Engineering, Jilin University (China), 2009-2013; He focuses on 2D materials, nanophotonics and novel opto-electronic devices. He majors in nanofabrication and spectroscopic technology. Using steady-state, transient spectral detection technology to investigate the light-physics of 2D materials, including charge transfer, dynamics of excitons, valley polarization and surface plasmon. He has published 40+ papers in peer-reviewed journals including Advanced Materials, Advanced Science, ACS Nano, Research, Small, Adv. Opt. Mater.
