迈克尔·桑德尔,当代美国哲学家、哈佛大学政府系讲座教授、美国人文艺术与科学学院院士,是哈佛大学“最受欢迎的课程讲席教授”之一。主要著作包括《自由主义与正义的局限》、《公共哲学》等。　　 　　Michael J. Sandel is the Anne T. and Robert M. Bass Professor of Government at Harvard University, a member of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences . Sandel's books include Liberalism and the Limits of Justice (1982); Democracy's Discontent (1996); Public Philosophy: Essays on Morality in Politics (2005); Justice: What's the Right Thing to Do? (2009), etc.
