个人简介

温大兴，博士，种子科学与工程系讲师。2017年6月毕业于山东农业大学农学院，获农学博士学位；2017年8月至今，在山东农业大学生物学博士后科研流动站从事博士后研究；2019年9月至今，在山东农业大学农学院工作。主讲课程：《种子检验学》、《种子实验技术》、《作物种子学教学实习》。

研究领域

种子科学与技术 1.玉米中胚轴伸长机制研究通过GWAS、BSA-seq、QTL定位等技术，挖掘玉米中胚轴伸长相关基因并验证其功能，加速玉米种子出苗、保障出苗整齐。 2.高活力种子的调控机理解析通过转录组学、蛋白质组学、代谢组学等技术，研究影响小麦和玉米高活力种子形成的内外因素，揭示高活力种子的调控机理，为高质量种子生产提供依据。 3.研发种子检验新技术改进现有种子检验方法的不足、创建新的种子检验方法，提高种子检验效率。目前，已经创建了种子纯度快速分子检测技术、种子活力快速无损检测技术。
