个人简介
王宏伟,1981年生,教授,博士生导师。本科就读于烟台大学, 2011年于高丽大学获得博士学位。2012年入职山东农业大学,现任山东遗传学会副秘书长。先后主持国家自然基金、国家“973”计划子课题、国家转基因重大专项子课题等,参编书籍《Methods in Molecular Biology》。以第一或通讯作者在SCIENCE、PNAS、ANAL CHEM、DNA RESEARCH、THEOR APPL GENET等杂志发表学术成果。
研究领域
1. 关键基因克隆:图位克隆来源于小麦近缘种长穗偃麦草、粗山羊草和野生二粒小麦中具有重大应用价值的抗病(赤霉病、白粉病、锈病等)、优质(加工品质和营养品质)、产量性状基因,并进行遗传解析和转移利用;
2. 全基因组选择与分子育种:规模化鉴定小麦种质资源的农艺性状,进行全基因关联分析鉴定重要遗传位点,构建全基因组选择模型,探索高效分子育种体系;
3. 基因组学:对重要小麦及其近缘种进行全基因组组装和重测序,进行比较基因组学和群体遗传学研究,揭示小麦族物种和重要功能基因的进化和驯化规律;
4. 功能基因组学:利用分子生物学、生物化学等手段,开展重要功能基因的分子机理研究,揭示其分子调控网络机制;
主要从事小麦分子遗传学、群体遗传学、功能基因组学及分子育种学等研究
