工作经历 2012.07-2017.04 太原理工大学 材料科学与工程学院 2017.04-2018.08 澳大利亚伍伦贡大学 博士后 导师:窦世学院士(全球排名 195 QS2020) 2018.8-2020.7 得州大学奥斯汀分校 博士后 导师:于桂华教授 (材料工程全美第 5) 2020.9-今 山东科技大学 特聘教授 教育情况 2007.09 - 2012.06 山东大学 化学与化工学院 无机化学 (硕博连读) 导师:钱逸泰院士 2003.09 - 2007.06 河南农业大学 理学院 应用化学 科研工作 研究开发新型电化学储能材料,解决现有锂/钠离子电池在能量密度、功率密度以及循环寿命等方面的关键科学问题,集中研究钠/锂离子电池新型电极材料及其电化学机理;同时在应用过程中,表界面是化学反应发生的关键场所,也是影响材料性能主要因素。深入理解表界面反应的内在机理以及限制因素,设计合理的表面化学功能化方法,有助于从本质上实现对能源材料性能的调控和提升。针对以上问题,发展了一系列的表面功能化方法,如表面缺陷调控、轨道调控、元素掺杂、异质结设计、表面保护、以及界面工程等,并系统研究了其在能源材料中的关键作用。研究工作主要分为以下两个方面:将介观尺度组装结构应用于电化学储能体系,改善表界面微结构和电子结构,实现化学能向电能的高效转化;电催化协同催化电化学反应过程。至今发表论文50多篇,其中以第一作者/通讯作者在NatureCommun.
