张乃柏,男,汉族,1983年12月生,江西玉山人,中共党员,博士,研究员,研究生导师。 学习及工作经历 2020.12.-至今 中国电科网络通信研究院,研究员 2015.10-2020.11 中国电科网络通信研究院,高级工程师 2014.3-2015.9 加拿大西安大略大学,博士后 2012.7-2014.2 中国电科网络通信研究院,工程师 2009.9-2012.7 北京邮电大学,博士研究生 成果 牵头负责科技部重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金、军科委创新特区基金、装发信息系统局基金等国家级项目近10项。发表SCI/EI论文40余篇,授权/申请专利近10项,成果获中国电科科技进步二等奖1项(省部级),获中国电科网络通信研究院科技贡献奖1项,获中国电科网络通信研究院科技进步三等奖1项(排名第1),获2区SCI期刊《Frontiers of Physics》杰出论文奖1项,获河北省“三三三”人才工程1项,获深圳市地方级领军人才计划1项(兼)。于2019年聘为所“太赫兹技术”岗位所级青年专家,2020年获聘研究员级高级工程师,2021年聘为中国电科网络通信研究院院级专家(副处)。 代表性科研成果包括: (1)完成了多款RF MEMS可调滤波器,应用于通信收发系统中,性能国际先进,可公开成果发表论文见[1]-[2]; (2)首次实现CPW缺陷结构特性阻抗的解析解,可公开成果发表论文见[3]; (3)继莫纳什大学公布的基于Chipless RFID的2D定位后,在2015年我团队首次实现Chipless RFID 的三维精确定位演示验证,可公开成果发表论文见[4]; (4)实现了毫米波方向图可重构二维宽角扫描相控阵天线,成果应用于低轨宽带卫星地面通信系统中,可公开成果发表论文见[5]-[6]; (5)完成了太赫兹矩形腔体谐振腔长度计算,实现了0.6dB插损340GHz太赫兹滤波器,国际先进水平,可公开成果发表论文见[7]-[8]; (6)实现了国内首款~1dB插损240GHz太赫兹MEMS开关,可公开成果发表论文见[9]-[10],获中国电科网络通信研究院科技进步三等奖1项 [11]; (7)实现了10Gbps实时调制解调太赫兹通信系统,国内先进水平,获得中国电科科技进步二等奖1项(省部级) [12]。 参考文献: [1] Naibo Zhang, Chunting Wang, Jun Yang and Qiuquan Guo, “A Switchable Band-pass Filter employing MEMS switches and open ring resonators”, IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices, vol.84, No.8, pp.3377-3383, Aug. 2017.
