刘宝华 - 四川大学

个人简介

1987年生，西南财经大学会计学博士、理学学士和经济学学士。四川大学商学院会计与金融系副教授，硕士生导师。2018-2019年University of Missouri-St. Louis访问学者。以第一作者在《管理世界》、《南开管理评论》、《财贸经济》、《中国会计评论》（2篇）、《中国经济问题》等期刊发表中文论文多篇。以第一作者或通讯作者在Journal of Accounting and Public Policy (ABS 3*)、European Accounting Review (ABS 3*)、Journal of Business Research (ABS 3*，2篇)、Business Strategy and the Environment (ABS 3*) 和 International Small Business Journal - Researching Entrepreneurship (ABS 3*)、International Review of Financial Analysis(ABS 3*)、International Review of Economics and Finance (ABS 2*，2篇)、Journal of Economics & Management Strategy(ABS 2*)和Borsa Istanbul Review (SSCI Q1)等期刊上发表英文论文十余篇。主持一项国家自然科学基金青年项目《股权激励行权限制对管理层短视行为的影响研究》（项目批准号：71702153）。主持一项四川省社科规划项目《空气污染对企业升级的倒逼效应研究：动因、应对举措以及经济后果》（项目批准号：SC22C045）。参与国家自科、国家社科和教育部课题十余项。博士学位论文《高管股权激励行权限制期限的影响因素和经济后果研究》荣获第八届杨纪琬会计学奖·优秀会计专业学位论文奖。学术论文荣获2020年度四川大学优秀科研成果奖、四川省注册会计师行业2018-2019年度优秀科研成果一等奖、Emerald Literati Highly Commended Paper（年度最佳论文）等学术奖项。【主持的科研项目】： [1] 国家自然科学基金青年项目《股权激励行权限制对管理层短视行为的影响研究》（项目批准号：71702153），直接经费18万元，项目时间：2018/01-2020/12。 [2] 四川省哲学社会科学研究“十四五”规划2022年度课题《空气污染对企业升级的倒逼效应研究：动因、应对举措以及经济后果》（项目批准号：SC22C045）。项目时间：2022/06-2023/06。【教学】：财务会计（ACCA，本科）；财务管理（本科公选课）；财务与会计研究专题（硕博）
