个人简介

张媛媛,副教授,硕士研究生导师。 1997-2001年就读于中国药科大学药物制剂专业,获学士学位;2001-2006年于中国科学院上海生命科学研究院生物化学与分子生物学专业硕博连读,获博士学位。2006-2007年在香港大学医学院内科系担任助理他研究员。2016-2017年于美国 University of Pennsylvania 访学。2007-2010年在复旦大学生命科学学院任教,2010年调入四川大学华西基础医学与法医学院。 以第一/共同第一作者或通讯作者在 Theranostics,J Clin Transl Hepatol,Cell Death Dis,Redox Biol,Front Med 等期刊发表研究论文20余篇。获四川省学术和技术带头人后备人选(2021),四川大学优秀教师(2019)等称号奖项。 承担本科生“药理学”,硕士研究生和博士研究生“分子药理学”、“临床药理学”等课程教学工作。 主持国家自然科学基1项、博士点基金项目1项以及其他科研基金项目3项。 主要研究方向及领域: 与孙晓东副教授共建代谢药理学实验室,建立包括代谢异常疾病动物模型和细胞模型等完备的科研体系。研究团队包括科研助理、研究生(包含联合培养)、进修医生等十余人,主要从事激素调控代谢的机制研究,从代谢异常引起的氧化应激器官损伤和免疫调节角度,探寻肿瘤、脂肪肝和糖尿病等疾病的治疗靶点及药物作用机制。 实验室目标是培养代谢药理学领域的优秀青年科研/研发人才,为他们打好学术基础,并在他们的职业发展中持续提供支持,使他们成为生物医学的顶尖人才!
