个人简介
任尧,博士,博士后,副教授,硕士生导师,食品工程系副系主任,主要从事食源性蛋白质开发利用,功能活性肽、呈味肽研究,长期致力于天然活性小分子的提取、纯化和功能性、营养学评价,对各类新资源食品、农产品进行深加工开发研究。目前为止,主持国家自然科学基金项目、教育部博士后面上基金项目、四川省科技厅项目、成都市基础应用项目及企业合作项目10多项。在国际重要SCI学术刊物发表研究性论文30余篇,作为J. Agric. Food Chem., Food Chem., J. Funct. Foods和LWT等国际学术期刊特邀审稿人,申请国家发明专利10项,授权5项。
