个人简介
2006年10月留校工作任助教、讲师,2013年7月特殊破格聘任教授。2016/12–2017/12,美国怀俄明大学石油与化工系国家公派访问学者。2014年入选山西省第二批青年拔尖人才,山西省高等学校优秀青年学术带头人,2014年获山西省优秀博士论文,2014年山西省高校“131”领军人才,2016年获山西省学术技术带头人,2018年山西省三晋英才拔尖骨干人才,2021年山西省杰青项目获得者。以第一完成人获2023年山西省教学成果奖(高等教育研究生)二等奖,第二完成人获2020年山西省科学技术奖自然科学一等奖(2020年)。
研究领域
一直从事煤化工反应过程中多相催化反应的催化基础理论研究以及化石能源高效转化过程新型催化剂分子设计理论研究,对催化剂结构、组成、以及催化性能等催化剂的“构效关系”进行系统研究,明确催化剂结构与其催化性能之间的构效关系,为煤化工实验中催化剂筛选、改性和设计提供实验线索和预测方案,大大减少传统实验中尝试性实验的工作量。
