教育与工作经历 1986年9月-1990年7月，南京农业大学，畜牧专业攻读本科 1993年9月-1996年7月，南京农业大学，动物遗传育种与繁殖专业攻读硕士 2001年9月-2007年7月，南京农业大学，预防兽医专业攻读博士 2009年5月-2010年5月，Hohenheim Unviversity，动物营养与水产实验室开展博士后研究工作 1990年7月-1993年9月，山东胜利油田胜利采油厂二分场养猪场任职 1996年7月至今，在南京农业大学动物科技学院任教 奖励及荣誉 1. 2018年指导的2名研究生分获江苏省及学校优秀论文奖；2.2020年与团队老师共同获得学校教学成果一等奖（4/6）；3.2017年，2019年获国内核心一类期刊“中国农业科学（英文版）”优秀评审专家奖励；4.2020年，主讲的研究生课程“动物繁殖理论与生物技术（附案例）”获学校优秀课程；7.2018年，于澳大利亚召开的“第14届国际猪消化生理研讨会”做口头报告； 8. 2014年，在学校“挑战杯”大学生课外学术科技作品竞赛中被评为“优秀指导教师”。 承担科研项目 1.主持江苏省自主创新项目“功能性安全生物发酵饲料关键技术研发与应用”子课题（2019-2021），在研， 40万； 2.主持江苏省农技推广项目“江苏肉鸡生产全程关键技术集成示范应用“子课题（2017-2018），结题，15万元； 3.主持国家“973”项目子课题“胃肠道化学感应与氮营养素的消化”中的部分研究内容（2013-2017），结题， 100万； 4.主持农业部公益性行业项目“饲料中抗生素替代品关键研究与示范”子课题（2014-2018），结题，120万元； 5.主持饲用微生物工程国家重点实验室开放课题“植物乳杆菌、干酪乳杆菌对仔猪消化道微生态区系影响和调节机制研 究”(2012-2013)，结题，14万； 6.承担国家科技支撑计划“牛羊高效超排与克隆胚胎生产技术研究与示范”子课题中（2011-2013）的部分研究内容，15万； 9. 2008-至今，作为主要成员参加本科生必修课程“动物繁殖学”校级、省级和国家级精品课程建设，国家资源共享课程建设，江苏省MOOC课程建设，国家一流精品课程建设。
