研究领域

从事兽医微生物学及免疫学教学科研工作

病原细菌的蛋白组学和基因组学。运用综合“组学”分析平台,系统筛选猪链球菌等动物病原的免疫反应性蛋白,为细菌亚单位疫苗开发提供理论基础;筛选细菌的毒力标志物,为疾病的预防治疗提供理论基础。运用细菌表面蛋白以及细菌与宿主蛋白相互作用筛选平台,研究细菌致病机理。同时开展了噬菌体研究,运用基因改造平台来改造、拓宽噬菌体宿主谱,为临床中快速筛选针对特异病原菌的噬菌体打下基础。
