2013-2014年任南京大学国家863计划新材料MO源中心副研究员。
2014-2019年任化学化工学院副教授,博士生导师。

有机氟化学、金属有机合成与催化、有机发光材料、放射性同位素标记
研究方向主要针对氟化工大量惰性副产物难以活化利用的挑战,采用单电子转移策略,开展含氟强酸的改造,通过特殊设计制备的肟氯酯、磺酰唑盐、羟胺甲酸乙酯等活化基团,开发了多种具有自主知识产权的氟化试剂,实现强腐蚀性易挥发的三氟乙酸和三氟甲磺酸的温和转化,解决传统氧还原活性试剂不能适用于含氟官能团的缺陷,从而在减少含氟强酸和含氟气体排放的同时,对含氟工业原料和副产物进行收利用,获得稳定的固体氟源,并用于构建含氟功能分子和材料的开发。这些型自由基氟化试剂,较传统氟源成本低廉,操作简便,安全高效,易于保存。
