研究领域

酶的基因挖掘与分子改造:新型糖苷水解酶类及一些用于生物合成药物中间体或精细化工产品的关键酶基因的挖掘、高效表达及酶学特性的理性改造; 功能性食品及药物中间体的生物合成:功能性低聚糖生物合成的工艺开发及活性评价,以及药物中间体的绿色生物合成。
