个人简介

Hi I am Sean. I am an associate research fellow with PenCHORD. My role within the PenCHORD team is to apply operational research methods to help with the understanding and improvement of healthcare service provision. Another aspect of my role is to understand how we can evaluate the relationship between the healthcare professional and the researcher to enhance the successful implementation of research outputs. The emerging area of behavioural OR is of particular interest to me. Having joined the PenCHORD team in November 2014 with a background in psychology and applied healthcare research, I look forward to exploring the boundary between healthcare systems and human behaviour in the future. Qualifications PhD - Applied health studies - Plymouth University - November 2014 BSc(Hons) - Psychology - Plymouth University - July 2012

My research interests centre on the emerging field of behavioural operational research. This is the study of human behaviour within the context of workplace systems, specifically health and social care systems and service provision.
