个人简介
2001 BSc(Hons) Medical Biochemistry, University of Birmingham
2005 PhD Biochemistry, University of Birmingham
2013 PCAP - Postgraduate Certificate in Academic Practice, University of Exeter
2014 FHEA - Fellow of the Higher Education Academy
Career
Before joining the Medical School, Clare was involved in cardiovascular science research, with a particular focus on the molecular mechanisms of cardiac muscle contraction regulation. After undertaking her PhD in this field she was a postdoctoral researcher in cardiovascular research laboratories in the College of Veterinary Medicine, Washington State University, Pullman, USA (2004-2006), the National Heart and Lung Insitute, Imperial College London (2006-2008), the Research Department of Metabolism and Experimental Therapeutics, University College London (2008-2009) and the MRC Clinical Sciences Centre, Imperial College London (2009-2011).
