个人简介

张源淑,女。中国畜牧兽医学会动物生理生化学会常务理事,江苏省生物化学和分子生物学学会理事。《动物生物化学》国家精品资源共享课程主持人,南京农业大学“133”骨干教师,动物医学院基础医学实验中心主任,动物生物化学教研室主任。1983 年毕业于宁夏农学院牧医系兽医专业,获农学学士学位;1997 年毕业于南京农业大学动物医学院,获硕士学位,2004年获得博士学位;澳大利亚 Monash 大学及美国 Vorment 大学访问学者。现在南京农业大学动物医学院从事动物生物化学和分子生物学的教学和科研工作。“九五”以来,主持 1 项国家自然科学基金、1 项回国留学人员基金;主要参加 1 项国家“973”项目、4 项国家自然科学基金,1 项博士点基金。在国内外发表研究论文 80 余篇。参编教科书 3 部。培养硕、博士研究生 30 余名,留学生 1 名。 科研项目: 国家重大基础研究计划项目“973”计划“牛奶重要营养品质形成与调控机理”(2011CB100802), 2010.1-2015.12;任务 2 研究骨干 国家自然基金 30871838 血管紧张素转移酶 2(ACE2)在下丘脑-垂体轴的表达及调节机制,2009.1-2011.12,主持,结题 国家自然基金 乳腺炎的人工诱发和乳腺保护因子的调节研究(30371049),2004.1-2006.12 第二参加人 结题 国家自然基金 300070565 腔内信号分子酪啡肽对消化道内分泌与免疫的影响 2001.1-2003.12 主要参加人 结题 国家自然基金 39770554 猪乳中一组高分子量蛋白的多态性及其生化鉴定1998.1-2000.12 参加 结题 大豆源促益生菌增殖肽的鉴定及其对动物消化道免疫与微生态的影响,参加,博士点基金(20060307007),07.01-09.12 荣誉奖项: 2007 年,《动物生物化学》国家精品课程第二参加人; 2013 年《动物生物化学》国家精品课程主持人; 2016 年《动物生物化学数字课程》主持人
