个人简介
Yves Van de Peer(YVdP)教授,于1996年在比利时安特卫普大学获得博士学位。在德国康斯坦茨大学(University of Konstanz)获得Axel Meyer的博士后奖学金后,于2000年被聘于根特大学/VIB植物系统生物学系的生物信息与基因组学团队PI。他所领导的研究团队被认为是国际一流水平基因组分析专业团队,在基因预测,基因组注释和基因组分析方面的独特的专业知识和经验,参与众多国际合作项目。YVdP的研究团队对基因和基因组复制的研究以及复制后新基因功能的进化特别感兴趣。至今发表了500多篇论文,其中许多在高知名度的期刊上,例如Nature、Nature Genetics、Nature Plants、Science、PNAS、Genome Research、Plant Cell等,H指数>100,研究成果被引用超过65,000次,连续多年是高被引科学家。2013和2018年,YVdP两次获得了ERC高级资助,围绕基因组复制对天然和人工生物种群的进化、以及在压力或变化的环境中多倍体的适应潜力展开持续性探索。YVdP是比利时皇家法兰德斯科学院院士、国际植物基因组进化国际会议的组织者和主席,担任五个国际期刊(Plant Journal、PeerJ、Gnome Biology and Evolution,Current Plant Biology,Frontiers In Genetics)的副主编。YVdP于2020年1月接受南京农业大学的邀请,担任园艺学院/前沿交叉研究院的双聘教授,在南京农业大学建立研究团队。新的团队力争在基因组组装、注释和基因预测方面有所建树,成为进化基因组学研究领域的佼佼者。该团队的研究也将涉及植物-病原互作、中草药植物基因组学以及植物进化发育学的相关内容。
