个人简介

教授课程 园艺作物育种学(本科生);蔬菜种子学(本科生);园艺科学基础训练(本科生);园艺作物小孢子培养技术(教授开放课程);园艺作物分子生物学(全英文课程,博士研究生);园艺科学研究技术(全英文课程,研究生)。 教育经历 1995 年,山东大学生物系生化专业获学士学位; 2002 年,浙江大学农业与生物技术学院园艺系获博士学位。 研究工作经历 2002/07 - 2004/04,南京大学生命科学学院博士后; 2004/04 - 2008/12,南京农业大学园艺学院园艺系副教授; 2008/12 - 至 今,南京农业大学,园艺学院园艺系,教授。以访问学者身份先后在美国普渡大学、美国威斯康星大学、德国弗莱堡大学进行科研合作研究及学习。 社会服务 作为国家大宗蔬菜产业技术体系岗位科学家团队成员致力于不结球白菜新品种选育和推广。 获奖及荣誉 2007 年入选教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划。现发表论文 120 篇,其中 SCI 论文 69 篇。发明专利 5 件,新品种 5 个,行业标准 4 项。曾获国家自然科学奖二等奖(2005 年,第 4 完成人),教育部自然科学一等奖(2006 年,第 3 完成人);并以第二完成人先后获教育部自然科学奖二等奖(2014 年)、教育部技术发明奖二等奖(2016 年)及华耐园艺奖(2016 年),参与的农业推广成果获江苏省农业 技术推广奖三等奖(2014 年)。教学上,分别获得了南京农业大学“提增育人计划优秀指导教师”和 “大学生最喜爱的教师”称号。 主要科研项目: 1. 国家自然科学基金面上项目,31872106,不结球白菜 ERF070 转录因子参与调控其抗坏血酸生物合成的分子机制, 2019/01-2022/12,主持 2. 国家重点研发计划子课题,2018YFD1000805-04,白菜主要营养品质性状形成机理及栽培调控, 2018/07-2022/12,主持 3. 国家自然科学基金面上项目,基于转录组和蛋白组解析不结球白菜抗霜霉病分子机制,31471886, 2015.1-2018.12,主持 4. 国家自然科学基金重点项目,31330067,不结球白菜耐寒关键基因的鉴定,分析及功能研究,2014/01-2018/12,参加。 5. 高等学校博士学科点专项科研基金(博导类),BO201300666,SCP 蛋白在不结球白菜自交不亲和反应中的功能研究,2014/01-2016/12,主持。 6. 国家自然科学基金面上项目,31272173,不结球白菜 BcWRKY1 转录因子抗霜霉病功能研究,2013/01-2016/12,主持。 7. 江苏省自然科学基金,BK2011643,不结球白菜自交不亲和性状差异蛋白质组学研究,2011/05-2014/03,主持。 8. 973 计划子课题,2009CB119001-04,抗坏血酸在不结球白菜逆境适应中的调控机制,2009/01-2013/12,主持。 9. 教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划,NCET-07-0439,2008/01-2010/12,主持。 10. 国家自然科学基金面上项目,30671420,不结球白菜核心种质构建,2007/01-2009/12,参加。 11. 国家自然科学基金青年基金项目,30500343,不结球白菜中 GLDH 基因对 Vc品质形成的影响及作用机理,2006/01-2008/12,主持。 12. 教育部重点项目, 106092,利用 DH 群体构建不结球白菜遗传连锁图谱,2006/01-2008/12,主持。
