研究领域

赤眼蜂为卵期寄生蜂,是世界性重要天敌昆虫资源,也是迄今应用最广 泛、最成功的生物防治因子。赤眼蜂在农林害虫的防控中起到关键作用,可显 著减少化学农药的使用,是绿色安全农业发展的必然趋势。赤眼蜂已被成功广 泛应用于水稻、玉米、棉花、果蔬、林木等重大农林害虫的防治,取得了显著 的生态和经济效益。 基于“更好地利用卵期寄生蜂资源”的愿景,以赤眼蜂工厂繁育、田间释 放等中的实际应用需求为导向,开展“赤眼蜂生态基因组学及遗传改良”的相 关工作。长期目标为:1)鉴定赤眼蜂寄生毒力、环境适应等关键因子,用于赤 眼蜂种质资源的遗传改良,最终指导赤眼蜂的大规模繁育和田间释放;2)发掘 并定向改造赤眼蜂来源的新型杀虫基因,以用于抗虫转基因作物的培育和杀虫 微生物的研发。
