研究领域
围绕大豆、烟草与疫霉互作,利用代谢组学、分子生态学重点开展如下几个方面的工作:
1. 大豆、烟草对疫霉的分子抗病机理;
2. 植物抗性代谢物的筛选及其抵抗疫霉的防御机理;
3. 疫霉侵扰对大豆、烟草代谢组的重编程及生态效应;
4. 独角金内酯在植物免疫中的作用及应用。
