研究领域

我的研究方向集中在微纳尺度的测量与控制,生物微纳机电系统,生物传感器、执行器,气体传感器,声流体行为,微流控芯片等。本研究课题既包含了微纳加工技术以及器件制造方向的创新,同时也涉及在器件物理、界面物理化学、流体物理以及针对(复杂)生物分子相互作用的基础研究。最终的目标是制造新型的生物化学传感器、执行器,实现高灵敏度的无标记重大疾病标志物检测,精准的细胞、粒子、生物分子操纵等。 另外,研究通过声学方法实现靶向治疗也是我感兴趣的研究方向。这样的研究课题将为研究人员提供一个多学科的交叉科研平台(仪器科学、生物、化学、物理等)。
