个人简介

赵志刚,先后承担国家自然基金云南联合基金,国家转基因项目子课题,国家863子课题,江苏省重点研发项目等课题10余项目,目前主持在研课题2项。2018年作为同等贡献第一作者首次报道植物中的自私基因qHMS7控制水稻种间杂种不育,利用基因编辑技术敲除自私基因使种间杂种F1育性得到恢复,克服了杂种优势利用过程中水稻杂种不育的难题,相关成果发表在2018年6月份的《Science》杂志。2013年作为第一作者克隆水稻生殖发育关键基因DAO,该基因能够将有活性的植物激素生长素降解为氧化生长素,从而控制植物的生殖发育,相应的结果发表在《Developmental Cell》。此外,通过对不育基因位点分子标记辅助选择的方法,参与育成了一个与籼稻广亲和的粳型不育系509S,该不育系与籼稻品种杂交表现强大的籼粳杂种优势,该不育系提供给全国18家育种单位利用,其中有8个组合已参加国家和省级区试。近五年来以同等贡献第一作者或通讯作者在Science、Developmental Cell、Plant Cell、Plant Physiol.和Genetics等国内外核心刊物发表论文40余篇,已获得授权国家发明专利4项,已获得授权植物新品种保护权9项。2012年,‘水稻籼粳杂种优势利用相关基因挖掘与新品种培育’获教育部技术发明一等奖,本人排名第2;2014年,获国家技术发明奖二等奖,本人排名第2:2012年获南京农业大学首届“钟山学术新秀”; 2016年获江苏省特聘教授;2017年获江苏省“六大人才高峰”高层次人才资助;2018年获科技部中青年领军人才计划;2019年获得“庆祝中华人民共和国成立70周年”纪念章。 一、近5年来承担的科研项目如下: 1、水稻种间自私基因qHPS1图位克隆和功能分析,国家自然基金面上项目,31971909,2020-2023年,59万元,主持,在研; 2、新株型超级稻南方粳稻品种的培育,国家科技重大专项子课题,2016ZX08001-004,2016-2020年,150万元,主持,在研; 3、稻属AA基因组种间杂种不育的遗传研究,国家自然基金云南联合基金项目,U1502265,2016-2019年,80万元,主持,结题; 4、绿色超级稻南方粳稻新品种选育,国家高技术研究发展计划(863计划子课题),2014AA10A604,2014-2018年,183万元,主持,结题; 5、水稻优质高产抗病虫重要功能基因聚合育种技术研发,江苏省重点研发专项项目,BE2015363,2015-2018年,100万元,主持,结题; 6、新株型超级稻南方粳稻品种的培育,国家科技重大专项子课题,2014ZX08001-004,2014-2015年,90万元,主持,结题; 二、人才计划资助项目: 1,第四批国家万人人才计划,2019年,农业科学; 2,科技部中青年科技创新领军人才计划,2018年,农业科学; 3,江苏省“六大人才高峰”高层次人才计划,2017年,农业科学 4,江苏省特聘教授人才计划,2016年,农业科学;

研究领域

长期从事水稻籼粳亚种间杂种优势利用相关新基因挖掘、定位、克隆、功能分析及育种利用研究,主要包括籼粳杂种不育新基因以及相应广亲和基因的发掘、定位、克隆与功能研究,开发相应分子标记和育种技术,成功培育籼粳交高产水稻新材料、新品系,取得显著成效。包括发掘qHMS7、S7、S31、DAO等9个育性基因,克隆和功能分析了4个杂种不育基因。
